Sani-Tech® Sani-Link® Molded assemblies

The Sani-Tech® Sani-Link® molded assemblies are a true industry first and offer unique features for bioprocess. Utilizing SIB®  (Smooth Inner Bore) technology Sani-Link minimizes the need for fittings, connections or assembly and all leak points and entrapment areas have been eliminated.

Charateristics

Process engineers and designers can specify any combination of molded assemblies . Sani-Tech® Sani-Link® molded assemblies are available for use with either STHT™-C non-reinforced silicone tubing or STHT™-R braid-reinforced silicone hose for elevated pressure applications.

Sani-Tech® Sani-Link® molded assemblies can be sterilized by autoclave or gamma radiation and can withstand CIP and SIP procedures using the braid-reinforced silicone.

Biocompatibility

Sani-Tech® Sani-Link® molded assemblies are manufactured from the finest grade of silicone materials and is characterized, validated and tested to a variety of specifications including USP Class VI criteria, ISO 10993 and European
